# Fantasy hockey weekly schedule: 4-game weeks and light nights

The page at /fantasy/schedule/ answers the fantasy schedule question first: which NHL clubs play four games this week and next, and which play two or fewer. It opens on the current Monday-to-Sunday fantasy week, read from the official NHL schedule every morning, with filed results for games already played.

The top of the page is a planner: every club across the next three, five or eight weeks, each week shown as a 4, 3 or 2 with its light nights, back-to-backs and, while a week is under way, the games left. Tap a week to sort by it; runs of 4-game weeks are named under the club. Every section carries the same week arrows, and they move together across all 28 fantasy weeks.

Under the shelves, the week is laid out day by day for all 32 clubs: the opponent each night, home or road, the result once final, the number of games league-wide each night, and totals for games, light-night games and back-to-backs. A light night is a date with 8 games or fewer, half the league or less, when open lineup slots are easiest to fill. Clubs can be sorted by games, light nights, games left or name, filtered to 4-game or 2-game clubs, and pinned to the top of every list.

Readers who imported a league on /fantasy/my-league/ see their own roster with each player's games this week, next week and over the next four weeks. The roster is read from the reader's own browser and never leaves it.

Search finds any current NHL player by name and shows his club's weeks. Tap any game for its time, both clubs' records, the size of that night's slate and who played the night before. Readers set their own fantasy playoff weeks, and every club is ranked by games and light-night games inside them; weeks 22 to 26 is the desk's default, not a league rule. The whole season is shown week by week, and a rest-of-season table counts the games, light nights, back-to-backs, home games and road games each club has left.

Schedule facts only: no projections, no matchup ratings and no start or sit advice. A postponed or moved game moves at the next morning's refresh.
