How to read it

Four games, two games, light nights

A fantasy week runs Monday to Sunday, and most clubs play three games in one. The 4-game weeks are where a bench forward or a streamer earns a roster spot. The 2-game weeks are where a starter you cannot bench costs you. The planner at the top answers both for this week and the weeks after it, for every club, before you scroll.

Light nights matter as much as raw games in a daily-lineup league. On a night with 8 games or fewer, half the league or less is playing, so an open slot is easy to fill. A club that plays its four on quiet nights gives you four starts. A club that plays its four on the busy nights may give you two. Every cell counts them.

Back-to-backs cut the other way, mostly in goal. The second night of a back-to-back is often a backup's start. The day-by-day grid marks that night with B2B for both clubs, and the game card says which club played the night before.

For adds and drops, read in this order. Sort the planner by next week to see its 4s at the top and its 2s at the bottom. Read along a row for runs: a club with 4-game weeks back to back is named under its code. Find a player by name to see his club's weeks at once, and pin the clubs you are watching so they lead every list. If you imported your league on My League, your own roster shows here week by week. Every section has the same week arrows, and they all move together.

Your league sets its own playoff weeks. Set them in the playoff panel and the ranking follows; the season grid underlines the same weeks.

What this page does not know

  • The schedule is the NHL's own, read again every morning. A postponed or moved game moves here at the next refresh, not before.
  • Weeks run Monday to Sunday by each game's local date. Your league may use other weeks or another light-night rule.
  • Games left this week counts games not yet final and not before today, on Toronto's calendar.
  • Schedule facts only: no projections, no matchup ratings and no start or sit advice.
